| The Headquarters for this years VSO meeting will be the Breaks Interstate Park and Campground. Rooms, cabins and a campground facility are available. Some rooms overlook the gorge but must be requested so get your reservations in early. All rooms offer coffee makers. There is a full service restaurant that offers breakfast service after 7:00 a.m. |

Be sure to make your reservation in advance for the Saturday night banquet
with the form found on this web site. The banquet, which will be
served cafeteria style in a private dining room, will include 3 meat
entrees, three side dishes, salad, bread, dessert and refreshments.
All other meals are on your own.
The Buchanan County Bird Club will have breakfast bars, danish, and donuts available for birders whose field trips leave before the restaruant opens at 7:00 a.m. There will be coffee available in the rooms. |

Check for the VSO Annual Meeting is from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday in the Main
Lobby of the Breaks Lodge. On Friday birders can pick up their registration packets and
sign up for field trips in the Conference Center.
Motel registration begins at 4:00 p.m.on Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday Vendors/Display rooms will be open after 1:00 p.m. on Friday. |
